Q: What is the Make a Difference Award?

A: Every day, we hear stories about our team members going above and beyond for each other, our patients, and our community. The Make a Difference Award is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate one employee each quarter for their outstanding efforts in exemplifying NOAH’s cultural beliefs: One Team, People First and Embracing Innovation.

Q: Who is eligible?

A: All employees that have been working for NOAH for at least 6 months and are in good standing are eligible to be nominated for this award.

Q: How do I nominate someone?

A: Any NOAH employee can nominate a co-worker for the Make A Difference Award by completing the Nomination Form.

Q: How will the winner be selected?

A: The Make a Difference Award winner will be selected by a sub-committee of the Employee Experience Committee based on the information provided on the Nomination Form. We know NOAH team members are always going above and beyond; so for this particular award, we are looking for a team member that exemplifies NOAH’s cultural beliefs through a specific story or scenario. Please share very specific examples in your nomination(s) in order for the committee to select the award recipient whose story best exemplifies NOAH’s cultural beliefs .

Q: What does the winner receive?

A: The recipient of this award will be featured in The Beat as well as on NOAH’s social media channels (pending recipient’s permission). Additional prizes and recognition will be announced upon selection of the award recipient.
