What is “Employee Health”?
As HonorHealth employees, we used the HonorHealth Employee Health department. Now that we are NOAH employees, there are some changes. Employee Health refers to a clinic that is sponsored by an employer and generates a separate medical record (not within Epic) for employees within the Employee Health system. This means that your employer (HR) only has access to these medical records. NOAH will not have a NOAH Employee Health department like this, however, we do have options for you to continue to meet some of your needs.
Effective Monday, Dec. 19, NOAH employees will no longer have access to HonorHealth Employee Health. We will be transferring your vaccine records from HonorHealth to NOAH employee files so that you do not have to resubmit your vaccines or other records.

What does it mean to be a NOAH Patient?
Being a NOAH Patient (as well as employer) means that you will have a medical record with NOAH. This is not viewable by NOAH as your employer, but is accessed by your direct healthcare team, only to provide the medical care requested. Being a NOAH Patient does not necessarily mean that your PCP is with NOAH. This also means that you would be scheduled for an appointment and complete a full registration in Epic to receive any services through NOAH.
