When NOAH leadership shared the big NOAH / HonorHealth announcement last week, a lot of the changes center around employee benefits. There is a lot of information to share about benefits packages, processes, Open Enrollment, and more. The NOAH HR team has outlined important dates, FAQs, and training schedules.
The Beat will include weekly updates between now and the close of Open Enrollment about these topics. Be sure to check your NOAH Beat weekly emails and check back here regularly for updates.

NOAH is working with AmeriBen (current health insurance provider through HonorHealth) to have the same overall benefit plans and network of physicians and facilities for NOAH employees. That means you and your covered family should be able to see the same provider in most instances.
For NOAH employees with a Health Savings Account (HSA), you will have an HSA insurance option and your HSA funds will transfer.
Additional benefits questions about Flex Spending Accounts (FSA), Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Disability Coverage, EAP, and more will be answered during Open Enrollment meetings, and in weekly benefits updates on the NOAH Beat.
