The following new self-pay rates for patients who do not have/use insurance will go into effect on Monday, December 2.

The rate increase is necessary to offset costs incurred by NOAH yet still aims to be affordable for self-pay patients. These rates cover the entire Medical Office Visit or Wellness Exam including any point of care testing, vaccines, EKGs, etc. Labs performed at SonoraQuest are not included as those are billed directly through SonoraQuest.
Please note, these rates reflect a prompt pay discount; meaning the patient must pay at the time of service. If the patient opts to pay later, they will be billed full charges without any discounts applied.
Psych providers use the same billing codes for their services and therefore will follow the same pricing.
