Each patient’s experience begins the moment they choose NOAH and lasts throughout every phone call, visit, and interaction with our many departments. There are two very important components that make up the patient experience: our wonderful patients who come to us for their care, and YOU. Take a look at how we celebrated both our patients and our employees this week!

We celebrated the 2024 Patient Experience Week with fun swag giveaways to every patient who came into our clinics, including NOAH branded sunshades and heart-shaped ice packs. Our patients loved our giveaways and appreciated being celebrated this week!

Celebrating Our Employees

An integral part of NOAH’s culture is celebrating our successes and giving recognition to those who go above and beyond for their patients. Each one of you works incredibly hard every day to deliver quality, compassionate care to the members of our community, and your hard work is reflected back to us through the hundreds of glowing patient surveys and comments we receive every week. We celebrated you this week by hand-delivering a token of our appreciation to each employee – a thank-you note crafted from seed paper that, when planted, will bloom into basil, parsley, and chives for you to use at your family’s dinner table. We can’t wait to hear about your planting journey with these seeds!

In addition to the thank you notes, we leveraged the data from our patients’ feedback so we could give the first ever NOAH Patient Experience Award to some of our top patient-rated providers and employees!
