This back to school season, we’re highlighting NOAH’s integrated care model with a limited-time Wellness Bundle. This specialized appointment addresses health needs like a well child check or sports physical along with immunizations, a dental screening, behavior health evaluation, nutrition education, and SDoH.
The appointments take about an hour on average and are a win/win for NOAH and our patients. Patients reap the benefits of an all-in-one appointment and screening for healthcare needs they may not have realized they had. NOAH gets the opportunity to showcase our entire service line and the opportunity to provide follow-up care where needed.
