As part of our 2025 Patient Experience campaign Say It with AIDET, we are thrilled to introduce a fun and meaningful way to celebrate excellence in patient care—our brand-new Traveling Trophy!
How It Works:
- We will calculate each clinic’s overall weighted patient experience score at the end of each month. This includes feedback from Q Reviews digital surveys, paper comment cards, online reviews, and website submissions.
- The clinic with the highest percentage of improvement will be awarded the trophy at the beginning of the month following the evaluation period.
- Each winning clinic will hold the Traveling Trophy for one month, earning bragging rights, team recognition, and an enduring reminder of their dedication to patient-centered care.
This trophy not only highlights your exceptional efforts in providing outstanding care but also inspires all clinics to continually raise the bar and meet our goals.
