Do you have a patient or a loved one that has diabetes? Our Community Health Workers offer Diabetic Empowerment and Education (DEEP) classes for patients at Cholla, Desert Mission, or Palomino Health Center. This program is intended for patients and/or family members who have, or are at risk for, diabetes, however, any patient is welcome to attend.
