In any organization, a strong set of cultural beliefs can serve as guiding principles, shaping its values and actions. At NOAH, our cultural beliefs “Stronger Together” and “Be the Change” not only define the work environment, but also inspire and empower employees to uphold NOAH’s mission of serving patients and helping to move our mission forward.
In line with this, NOAH has created a video series of “Always Behaviors” that serve as a tool to educate, inspire, and reinforce the importance of embodying our cultural beliefs through consistent and unwavering behaviors.
NOAH’s Always Behaviors:
- We collaborate and work together across departments, we foster teamwork.
- We celebrate wins by recognizing other’s achievements.
- We greet others warmly by making eye contact and saying hello or welcome.
- We seek opportunities to end each interaction by showing appreciation and saying “Thank you” when appropriate.
