Do you have a patient or a loved one that has diabetes? Our Community Health Workers offer free Diabetic Empowerment and Education (DEEP) classes to patients and community members. This program is intended for patients and/or family members who have, or are at risk for, diabetes, however, any patient is welcome to attend.
We are excited to announce our third workshop series will be held at Desert Mission Health Center on Fridays, July 12 through August 30 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the Mirage Room.
There are a few more slots available. If you would like to refer a patient, please send an in-basket message to: NOAH Community Resource Pool with DEEP in the subject line. NOAH employees who wish to participate in DEEP classes should work with their leaders for approval to attend and reach out to crmanagement@noahhelps.org for additional participation details.
