Employee Spotlights

Shining a bright light on some of NOAH’s stars. These team members were highlighted by their colleagues in the past month.

Yadira Hendricks, Carla Rascon, Dr. Rosas, and Katrina Morgan
Submitted by: Jason Romero

One of our newer team members was not feeling well, and Yadira and Carla jumped into action to assist. They immediately attempted to find a triage team member and ultimately got help from Dr. Rosas and Katrina Morgan. Both took time out of an important meeting to come over and check on the employee. It was amazing to see the “Stronger Together” motto in effect. Kerrie Hull has also been so kind, checking in on the employee throughout the rest of the week. I’m proud to say I work with all these amazing people and for NOAH!

Therefore, I want to spotlight this fantastic person, whom we are lucky to have as our dental manager.

Referral Specialist Team
Submitted by: Kc Cicchetti

The NOAH referral specialist team has demonstrated exceptional adaptability since their transition to the PEC department in March of this year. Their commitment to enhancing patient access to specialty care is evident, and they have faced the challenges of this transition with resilience and determination. Through their collaboration and consistent display of NOAH’s Always Behaviors, they have successfully achieved compliance standards. Remarkably, this team has reduced the overall outgoing referral work queue from over 7,000 referrals to under 2,000 in just a short period.

I would like to extend special recognition to Jhoana Rebolledo and Berenice Hernandez for their exemplary leadership and steadfast support, as well as to Leslie Thomas and Delaney Brightwell, who have consistently been the top performers over the past three months. I also commend Jacqueline Mosqueda for always being willing to help with training, Kim Beckert for her resourcefulness, and Maria Ramirez for her innovative approach and ability to motivate the team to reach their highest potential. I am extremely proud of this entire team and am looking forward to Phase II of our transition! #bethechange #strongertogether
