We’ve been working diligently over the past several months to streamline employee health compliance.
During this process, it was decided that effective October 2024, Tdap vaccination or declination will be required for all NOAH employees. If you were hired in the past year, this was already a requirement set forth as a condition of employment with NOAH, however all employees hired prior to 2024 need to be brought into compliance either by providing proof of vaccination or completing a declination form.
As a result of this change, employee health records are currently being audited to ensure all NOAH team members are up to date on required health screenings, vaccines, and/or declinations.
NOAH uses two platforms to manage employee health records, Paycom and Compliatric. Paycom serves as a tool to upload and store the documentation while Compliatric ensures the information is up to date.
You may have received (or will receive) an automated email from Compliatric with a list of items required for continued employment with NOAH. Compliatric’s notification system is new to NOAH and it’s possible your records may be incomplete, require additional documentation, or you may be due for one or more screenings, vaccinations, and/or declinations. In any case, it’s important to bring all employees current as soon as possible. If you receive a Compliatric notification, we ask that you please take action within seven (7) days.
