Threat Mitigation and Security/Safety Awareness

Did you know that NOAH has a Threat Mitigation team? We do, and it’s an interdisciplinary team dedicated to reviewing all potential threats against NOAH. Although incidents like these are extremely rare, whether it’s a patient making threats of harm against a staff member or the facility itself, this team works hard to evaluate risks and implement the necessary interventions to keep our NOAH community safe.

You can help us make a difference in maintaining safety. Whether you’re at work, in the breakroom, or even at home on social media, we all play a part in keeping our workplace secure. Please stay alert and remember: If you see or hear something suspicious, say something.

Here are the activities that should be reported to Support Services Public Safety leadership, specialists, and/or the compliance hotline as soon as possible:

  • Expressed or implied threats
  • Theft, loss, or diversion of drugs
  • Testing of security / Asking security related questions
  • Sabotage or Vandalism of Property

If you observe any suspicious activity, please report it to Support Services and be as specific as possible about what you saw, including:

  • Who or what you saw
  • When you saw it
  • Where it occurred
  • Why it’s suspicious

For emergency or after-hours building, facilities, or security service requests, please contact the on-call representative at 480-414-7679. For general service requests, please submit a work order here.

Together, we can ensure that NOAH remains a safe and secure workplace for all.
