Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) Workplace & Public Safety Department has implemented a new process for work order submissions. The NOAH Facilities Request Contacts (NOAHFacilitiesRequestContacts@honorhealth.com) email address will no longer be monitored.
To report a Facilities, Security or Safety issue please speak with your Workplace and Public Safety Specialist on your campus. The W&PS specialists will then submit the work order on your behalf. The new system will be able to track and trend work order related information as well as allow you to track repairs in real-time. To check the status of your work order please, CLICK HERE.
If no Workplace Public Safety Specialist is on campus or it is an emergency, please call 480-414-7679 for the on-call representative.
