Shining a bright light on some of NOAH’s stars. These team members were highlighted by their colleagues for the month of October.
Zuri Barrios, Referrals Specialist, Dreamy Draw – Zuri is a very dedicated and hard worker. She took me under her wing when I started my job and helped set up my referral training. She shows kindness towards me and everyone she works with. Whenever someone has a question, Zuri is ready to jump in and help with no hesitation.
Lisa Casillas, MA, Palomino Health Center – Lisa is the best! She has stepped up at Palomino since our back-office manager is gone and is always willing to help anyone always with a smile or laugh to share. The whole team loves working with her and know she has a bright future at NOAH.
Jeremy Horta, Referrals Specialist, Dreamy Draw – Jeremy is very knowledgeable about referrals and is one of the kindest people at NOAH. He also takes the time to teach colleagues how to do the job and answers questions.
Chanya Miranda, Referrals Specialist, Dreamy Draw – Chanya is a patient and caring coworker. When I started at NOAH, I was placed with Chanya. She is very knowledgeable and helped me learn a lot about Venado referrals. She has also shown me a lot of ways to Improve myself through the learning process. I still reach out to her from time to time, and she always has time for me.
Patricia Weiss, Referral Supervisor, Dreamy Draw – Patricia makes training for new employees very smooth and welcoming. She is respectful, is full of resources, and provides great trainers to make training and our new job a success. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me achieve what I have at NOAH.
Nicole Zahri, Counselor, Desert Mission Health Center – Nicole is making significant positive changes to our team since taking on the role of mentor for all new behavioral health counseling providers. New providers are able to meet with Nicole weekly while they acclimate to their role at NOAH and have her support and feedback.
