Shining a bright light on some of NOAH’s stars. These team members were highlighted by their colleagues during the past month.
Diana Cardenas, Lead Medical Assistant – Desert Mission Health Center
Diana is always available for questions and ready to step in should anyone need any help. She has recently started bringing us all together as a team by organizing fun lunch meals and on her own she started planning a Thanksgiving potluck that now encompasses the entire clinic. She’s so helpful and makes everyone feel included and like they’re part of the family. I’m grateful for her every day!
Tavia Hicks and Michele Schwind, Patient Service Representatives – Dreamy Draw
A huge shout out to Michele and Tavia for staying late to close the PEC on Halloween so that everyone else could leave (myself included)! Thank you for demonstrating that we are, in fact, stronger together and for being such amazing team players.
Reina Fernandez, Medical Assistant – Desert Mission Health Center
Recently, a mix up happened from normal human error that left a patient frustrated. Without blaming anyone or trying to defer responsibility to someone else (even though it was not necessarily her concern) Reina took the initiative. She jumped into action to remedy the problem, provided excellent service recovery, apologized, and resolved the issue for the patient that same day. She’s always a source of excellent, outside the box thinking and is a great asset to our amazing team.
Brooke Lister, Front Office Supervisor – Midtown Health Center
Brooke is such an amazing asset to the NOAH Midtown team. She is a wealth of knowledge and is always the first person to jump in and offer to help with a patient or give support to the providers.
Sandy Morrison, Referral Coordinator – Dreamy Draw
Sandy always rises to the challenge no matter what it is! She is very knowledgeable and a strong team member for the referral department. She has great leadership qualities and is always willing to help her team when it comes to insurance questions or helping process the referrals efficiently and effectively. Sandy is overall a great coworker to learn from and work with. We are truly grateful to have her here at NOAH!
Sonia Paredes, Front Office Supervisor – Venado Valley Health Center
Sonia works hard to make sure her employees are always happy and well taken care of. She always goes out of her way for us! She should be recognized for her compassion for others, her team, and our patients in addition to always wanting to be there for us in any way she can!
Sonia has risen past her call of duties! She is always a great team player and leader amongst her front office staff and even volunteers to help her back office staff when they need assistance. She has helped tremendously with the referral department, bringing down the volume of NOAH PCP updates. Sonia is also very approachable and overall, a great coworker and leader.
Yadira Plancencia, Registration/Scheduler – Desert Mission Health Center
Yadira always goes above and beyond to help when you need something. She goes beyond her job description all the time and I really appreciate it!
