We’re excited to welcome Tera Brulotte-Maki to the NOAH team as Human Resources Director!
Tera has worked in various human resources roles over the past 16 years. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Organizational Development for Family Resource Home Care in eastern Washington. Tera’s extensive experience as well as familiarity with federally qualified health centers ensures she understands our mission, the importance of people, and the support we need.
Tera has lived in Spokane, Washington her entire life and recently relocated to Phoenix with her husband and Mini Australian Labradoodle named Cooper. She enjoys golfing and trying new restaurants.
Over the next few weeks, Tera will be meeting with leaders and visiting all sites learning more about our work and understanding more about the challenges and opportunities we have ahead. Tera will office at Dreamy Draw and can be reached at tebrulotte@noahhelps.org or 602-601-2550.
We would also like to thank Dianne Chewning for her support as Interim Human Resources Director over the past nine months. Dianne’s last day with NOAH was July 7. Going forward, please reach out to Tera for communication associated with this role.
