Eva Cole, RN, Quality Manager – Dreamy Draw
Eva joins NOAH as the Quality Manager. She brings more than 13 years of nursing experience at John C. Lincoln Medical Center to her role. She has a passion for patient and staff education, healthcare IT platforms, and thorough and interdisciplinary communications. She received her Master of Nursing in Clinical Systems Leadership from the University of Arizona. Eva will report to Chris Sweeney, Director of Clinical Quality Improvement.

Steve Ellsworth, Director, Procurement & Supply Chain – Dreamy Draw
Steve joins NOAH as the new Director of Procurement and Supply Chain. He brings a wealth of experience to NOAH, including supply chain operations oversight and contract management. Before coming to NOAH, Steve served in senior leadership roles with Prudential Financial, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and the U.S. Pentagon. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Colorado Technical University and holds a Master of Information Systems Management from Touro University, as well as a Master of Business Administration and Masters of Acquisition and Procurement from Webster University in St. Louis. Steve will report to Julia Nierad, Chief Financial Officer.

Hannah Gammage, Family Nurse Practitioner – Midtown Health Center
Hannah joins the Midtown Health Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Most recently she was an RN in the NICU at Banner University Hospital and worked as an RN at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Hannah is passionate about delivering culturally competent care and building trusting relationships with patients and their families. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing and received her Master of Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Phoenix. Hannah will report to Nicole James, Director of Advanced Practice.
Joy Golden, MSW, LCSW, Behavioral Health Manager – Venado Valley Health Center
Joy was recently promoted to Behavioral Health Manager with NOAH. She joined NOAH in 2019 as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, after which she became the Behavioral Health Supervisor. Joy has more than 20 years of progressive behavioral health experience and 10 of those years as an LCSW. Throughout her career she has coached and mentored associate level counselors, and managed both patient care and operational processes. She received her bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher College and her Master of Social Work from Syracuse University. Joy will report to Dr. Connie Tucker, Chief Medical Officer.
Kahti Paydar, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist – Heuser Family Medicine Health Center
Kahti joins the Nutrition team as their newest Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She brings a wealth of experience from her 27-year career as a dietitian, including as a WIC Supplemental Program Coordinator, and as a Clinical Dietitian in an ambulatory setting. Kahti is passionate about providing accessible, affordable, and individualized care to patient and has a successful history in diabetes education, diabetes prevention and management, heart health, kidney disease, and more. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from California State University at Los Angeles. Kahti will report to Stephanie Olzinski, Nutrition Supervisor.
Sonia Paredes, Front Office Supervisor – Venado Valley Health Center
Sonia has been part of the NOAH team for five years, most recently as the Revenue Cycle Coordinator at Dreamy Draw. She has spent more than 13 years supporting healthcare organizations in Maricopa County in support roles including administrative, scheduling, payroll, insurance verification, inventory, and more. Sonia brings direct experience in credentialing and revenue cycle with NOAH and was part of the team that created the front office manual and training. Sonia will report to Dino Batanovic, Practice Manager of Venado.

Cassidy Brooking Lang, LCSW, Case Manager Supervisor – Desert Mission Health Center
Cassidy joins the Desert Mission team as Case Manager Supervisor. Before NOAH, she was a Mental Health Specialty Courts Supervisor at Pathways Mental Health Court in Belmont, CA. Cassidy brings bilingual clinical experience with direct care, including with crisis intervention and rehabilitative support for people in the courts system. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and her Master of Social Work from the University of California at Los Angeles. Cassidy will report to Joy Golden, Behavioral Health Manager.

Oksana Arvizu, Physician Assistant – Desert Mission Health Center
Oksana will be the newest Physician Assistant to join the Desert Mission team. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is passionate about serving the underserved community with quality care. Oksana has worked as a medical scribe for Northwest Medical Center in Tucson and volunteered as an interpreter for Saint Andrews Clinic in Nogales, AZ. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Northern Arizona University. Oksana will report to Nicole James, Director of Advanced Practice.
Ruth Montoya, Physician Assistant – Copperwood Health Center
Ruth will join the NOAH Copperwood team as its newest Physician Assistant. She is passionate about serving the community and has been a volunteer with other FQHCs in Maricopa County for several years. Ruth is bilingual in English and Spanish. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Northern Arizona University. Ruth will report to Nicole James, Director of Advanced Practice.
