NOAH Staff Q3 Incentive

Congratulations NOAH team, you did it again! We have met our Quarter 3 incentive goals. 

Q3 Incentive Goals:

  • Maintain a 3% operating margin
  • Being in good financial health
  • Receive a Top Box Score based on “Likelihood of recommending the practice” – Q3 82*
  • Provide video visits to our telehealth population – Q3 75% video visits
  • Provide integrated care to patients with referrals to other services lines – Q3 30% of patients**
NOAH’s 2021 Incentive Plan Metrics

The 2022 Incentive Committee has already started meeting to discuss the 2022 Incentive Plan! More news on this soon.
