It’s almost tax time! Electronic W-2s for 2021 are available starting Monday, January 31 on the HonorHealth Employee Self Service portal, Ultipro.
To access your W-2:
- Log into Staff Member Self Service
- In most cases, your username is your employee ID.
- If this is your first time logging in, your password will be your 8-digit date of birth (no dashes or slashes. For example: 08081995)
- Click LOG IN
- You will be prompted to select a delivery method (either email or text) for a special passcode
- Once you have received the passcode and verified in Ultipro, you should be logged in
- Click on the MENU button (top left)
- Hover over MYSELF tab
- Look for the PAY section
- Click on the W-2 link
