What We Heard
- Employees want to feel that the work they are doing is impactful.
- Employees are looking for honesty, transparency, and equality.
- Employees want their voices and opinions to be heard, specifically concerning workflow development and changes.
- Employees want to see an increased leadership presence.
- Employees in leadership roles need additional training around communication.
- Employees want to focus on patient care versus dollars.
Next Steps
- To improve awareness of NOAH employee benefits (ie. perks, floating holiday, tuition assistance, etc.), information will be shared more often and through more internal channels like email, The Beat, and webinars.
- To connect with each other on a more personal level, the Employee Experience Committee will continue to look at ways to include remote employees in initiatives. We are also looking into developing Teams Channels based on personal interests.
- To highlight employee accomplishments, we will share even more details on how the amazing work being done in all departments and job roles is impacting the community every day.
