Thank you to all of our teams for complying with the COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate by the Nov. 1 deadline. We appreciate you all continuing to do your part to protect yourselves, each other, our patients, and the community.
Beginning Monday, Dec. 6, any unvaccinated employee with an approved Medical or Religious exemption will be required to wear an N95 mask at all times whenever you are present in a health center or at Dreamy Draw.
Leaders will be provided a list of team members with an approved exemption.
Please ensure you have been properly fitted for an N95 prior to Dec. 5 and are in possession of an N95 prior to arrival in clinic.
