IMPORTANT: If you do not enroll in benefits on or before Nov. 9, you will not have NOAH benefits in 2023.
Open enrollment is the only time during the year when employees can change benefit enrollment options (aside from a qualifying event like birth, marriage, etc.). For 2023 benefits open enrollment, dates are Oct. 26 – Nov. 9. All eligible employees must log into Paycom by the end of the day Nov. 9 to enroll in or waive benefits during open enrollment.
2023 Limits to Note
- HSA max contributions – Individual $3,850 / Family $7,750
- FSA – $3,050
- 403b – $22,500 for everyone under the age of 50
- 403(b) Catch-Up – $7,500 for age 50 and over
- NOAH has 26 pay dates in 2023
- Benefit deductions are scheduled for only 24 pay dates within the calendar year
