NOAH 403b with Empower

NOAH is using Empower for our 403b retirement benefit! You can now log in to Empower to set up your account. If you had a 403b account with Prudential, your funds are being transferred to Empower and will be viewable as soon as our blackout period ends, no later than January 24. In your Empower account you can make changes to your payroll contributions which are deducted from your bi-weekly paycheck.

Start with Empower Now!

• Log onto EmpowerMyRetirement.com.
• Select “Register”.
• Choose the “I Do Not Have a PIN” tab.
• Follow the prompts to create your username and password.

Questions & Answers

When am I eligible to enroll?

After your hire date, you are immediately eligible to enter/begin contributing to the retirement plan.  

Are there any employer contributions?

NOAH will match $1 for $1 for the first 4% contributed. These matching contributions are vested 100% immediately. (Note that matching contributions do not count toward the IRS 403(b) employee contribution limits for a given year.)

How does Enrollment Work?

Take action on the Empower website HERE and enroll in the retirement plan. Attached are some documents to provide you more information about the plan and the enrollment process and below is a ~5 minute video detailing our plan.
