Earlier this month, NOAH launched the January Challenge for employees to kickstart the year with healthy habits! All employees were invited to set a goal for January and join one of our four peer support teams, each focusing on a different aspect of wellness.

Healthy Eating team; Captain: Dr. Davis
This team is right for anyone that is looking to improve their diet and make healthier eating choices!
Reading team; Captain: Cassandra Marrujo
This team is right for anyone that is looking to get back in the habit of enjoying a good book! The team originally set a 3-week goal of 1,000 pages.
- Week 1 – 727 Pages (encouraged a new team goal of 2,000 pages)
- Week 2 – 1,235 Pages
- Week 3 – 2,309 – Beating their 2,000 page goal! CONGRATULATIONS!!
Movement team; Captains: Katelyn Millinor and Julie Wunderlich
This team is right for anyone looking to incorporate more physical movement in to their routine!
- Week 1 – 2,915 Movement Minutes
- Week 2 – 4,658 Movement Minutes
- Week 3 – 5,390 Movement Minutes Grand Total of 13,473 Movement Minutes! Well Done!
Family time team; Captain: Adela Padilla
This team is right for anyone that is looking to prioritize time with family.
