NOAH MyChart
MyChart is now fully operational and ready for patient use. Through MyChart, patients can now conveniently send messages, request refills, etc. Patients can visit our website for detailed information and instructions. Stay tuned for more information regarding MyChart coming soon.
IT Service Requests
If you need help with your computer, submit an IT service request here. To log in to the new ticketing system, check your email for a username and temporary password from noreply@thirtyone3technology.com (check your junk folder!). For additional IT ticket help, check out this tip sheet.
NOAH IT Teams Site
Tip sheets for various IT topics are on the NOAH Technology Teams site under the Files tab in the General Channel. If you are unable to locate the NOAH Technology site on Teams, please place an IT request .
VPN – Remote Work
If you are working remotely from a NOAH device, you will need to make sure you are logged on to the FortiClient VPN to be able to access Epic or Shared files. For log-in information and help, check out this tip sheet.
