Monthly Policy Highlight: Conflict of Interest

NOAH’s Conflict of Interest policy provides guidelines for NOAH directors, officers, employees, and agents to identify, disclose, avoid, and manage conflicts of interest in compliance with federal law. This policy covers the definitions of and disciplinary process for conflicts of interest that arise through the following:

  • Standard of Conduct
  • Federal Contracts
  • Acceptance of Gifts
  • Corporate Opportunity
  • Outside Employment

Consistent with most NOAH policies, the Conflict of Interest policy has a correlating procedure which covers:

  • Reporting Potential Conflicts
  • Recusal
  • Changes to the Policy
