Patients will soon have the option to directly schedule medical appointments online through MyChart. NOAH’s IT team has been working closely with OCHIN to roll out online scheduling capability for medical appointments. All established NOAH patients will be eligible to use the new service, and new patients may be able to schedule online based on payor and appointment type.
MyChart scheduling will be accessed via our website’s “Request an Appointment” feature and automatically gives the option for MyChart scheduling to those who qualify. Our initial roll out of this program invites users to “pilot” the new capability and will encourage patients to provide feedback on the experience.
