Introducing the Patient Experience Dashboard

We are excited to announce the launch of our new and improved Patient Experience Dashboard! This tool is designed to provide you with a high-level overview of our patients’ satisfaction levels. Each score you see on this dashboard is a rating out of 5 and is updated monthly to give you the most up-to-date information possible!

NOAH Weighted Score: This score is a weighted average of each platform that patients can give us feedback on, including Q Review surveys, Google and Yelp reviews, and comment cards in the clinics.

Service Recovery: This chart shows us what percentage of our patients require service recovery (whether that is a question regarding their care or a less than perfect experience) versus what percentage of our patients had a positive experience.

Patient Experience by Service Line*: Here is where you can see how your service line is doing across the entire company. We launched the Psychiatry score on 7/1 and already have over 300 responses!

Patient Experience by Location: Here is where you can find your clinic’s overall score, which includes all platforms of patient feedback (Q Review, online reviews, comment cards, etc.)

How to Access: Select the Quick Links drop-down menu on the Beat, and select Patient Experience Dashboard.

*These scores are taken solely from the Q Review platform, which is the only platform that allows us to dial the data down by service line.
