We are excited to announce the continued expansion of prescription delivery from NOAH’s Cholla Pharmacy to other NOAH Health Center locations. Effective July 22, prescription delivery is now available for Sliding Fee Scale and insured patients at our Midtown Health Center.
To ensure accurate and timely service for our patients, effective immediately, please begin using the following workflow:
- Front-office staff from all health centers: Please capture pharmacy benefit card (usually contains RX BIN, RX PCN, and RX GRP) and scan in Ochin Epic under Documents: Title: Pharmacy Card.

- Everyone will need to notify patients of hours of availability for pick up:

- Orders placed before 3 p.m. will be available for pick-up the next day

- Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be delivered in two business days

- After medication arrives to Midtown – The pick up window is 8 a.m.-5 p.m. to align with Cholla pharmacy hours and have clinical support from pharmacist should an issue arise
