Answers to all of these questions and more are at your fingertips in the NOAH Policy Library! Search by category or by topic and find all kinds of great information about policies and procedures regarding employment, patient care, our Board of Directors, and more.
To help raise awareness, we will be highlighting a NOAH policy each month in The Beat! This month’s policy is from the Human Resources category, Policy HR1357: Dress, Grooming, and Hygiene.
This policy applies to NOAH employees, contractors, volunteers, and students and reads as follows:
It is important for NOAH employees, representatives and volunteers to project a professional image while at work and work-related functions by being appropriately dressed, groomed and with good hygiene. We recognize that members of the public, most importantly our patients and their family members, view our staff’s personal appearance as an external expression of the professionalism we bring to our work.
Details of this policy are contained in Procedure HR1357.5: Dress, Grooming, and Hygiene.
