Shining a bright light on some of NOAH’s stars. These team members were highlighted by their colleagues in the past month.
Jhoana Rebolledo, Referrals Specialist at Dreamy Draw
Submitted by: Zenaida Ceniceros
Jhoana is a team player and is always willing to help with training, answering team questions, and overall a great joy to work with. Jhoana continuously works to ensure that her assigned workload is within compliance and is never afraid to ask if someone needs help. She is always there to lend a helping hand and never judges any of the questions I have, however silly they may seem. Thank you, Jhoana, for always being so helpful and thoughtful.

Laura goes above and beyond to help everyone at Midtown. Laura has been a blessing to have as a new provider to NOAH. I know I can always go to Laura if I am unsure of something. Thank you, Laura!

Sergio Ledesma, Workplace & Public Safety Specialist at Copperwood Health Center
Submitted by: Crystal Medina
Sergio has always been extremely helpful when it comes to our monthly deliveries, however, on June 20, we were faced with a challenge. Sergio quickly jumped into action to find a solution and made the delivery as seamless as possible. Also, kudos to the entire staff (Griselda, Oneida, and Priscilla) that helped with the unloading and arrangement of the boxes! It was extremely hot but we got it done!
Behavioral Health Patient Navigators Team
Submitted by: Cristy Vaughn
Our navigators bring positivity and empathy to all that they do. They are quick to jump in to support the team and our patients. They are even quicker to advocate for the needs of our patients and connect them to the care that they need. They work incredibly hard and it’s a pleasure to work with them!
Behavioral Health Technicians Team
Submitted by: Cristy Vaughn
The Behavioral Health Technicians, Case Managers, Miracle Workers, whatever title we use – they are an integral and valuable part of the Care Team. They are an important piece of how NOAH BH is able to meet patients where they are at and provide them the support and care they need. Our BHT’s/CM’s do everything from intake assessments, check-ins, supportive counseling, and troubleshooting barriers to care for our patients. They do all of that with compassion and skill. They are amazing advocates for our patients. We are lucky to have this team! Thank you, Brianna, Chelsi, Ciera, Eleni, Jonathan, Martha, Megan, Mimi, Patrick, and Robin!
