We are excited to announce the launch of our new digital patient engagement software, Q Reviews, on October 2, 2023!
Q Reviews has been operating for over 10 years and is used by a large variety of health systems across the US to leverage modern technology to engage patients and solicit feedback. Their leadership team and advisory board is largely comprised of clinicians, making this a software built by healthcare providers for healthcare providers.
We have worked closely with the team at Q Reviews to create a fully customized survey system with our patient population in mind. This software will send our tailored surveys via text directly to our patients asking for their feedback about their visit. This real-time feedback will provide us with valuable data that we can use to celebrate our successes, identify trends, and create action plans to improve the patient experience at NOAH.
At NOAH, we are passionate about providing the best care possible to our wonderful patients. This software will be instrumental in helping us achieve that!
