Q4 Incentive for 2021

NOAH wrapped up an eventful 2021 with a lot to be proud of. We set aggressive goals and each member of the NOAH team worked hard to meet those goals.

Thank you all for focusing on results that impact our patients, their families, and whole communities.

The NOAH Incentive Committee met throughout 2021, reviewing our progress on the 2021 Incentive Plan and the goals we set.

2021 Incentive Goals

  • Integrated Care
    Ensure patients receive wrap-around care and referrals to services all under one roof.
    • Q4 Goal 30% – – Q4 Result 29.1%
  • Telehealth
    Provide solutions to the access to care barrier through increased use of telehealth options.
    • Q4 Goal 75% – – Q4 Result 77.7%
  • Patient Experience
    Have a people-first mindset and deliver a great experience for our community.
    • Q4 Goal Top Box Score 84 – – Q4 Result Top Box Score 80
  • COVID Vaccines*
    Vaccinate NOAH patients and community members in 2021 against COVID-19.
    • 2021 Milestones: 20,000; 40,000; 60,000; 80,000 – – 2021 Result 31,490

While we didn’t achieve all Q4 goals as outlined, we made significant strides throughout 2021.  We also want to recognize the incredible work our team has done and continues to do in response to COVID, therefore NOAH will be releasing incentive pay on January 21! 

All NOAH staff including those joining the organization before December 2021 are eligible for the incentive.  Employees starting during Q4 will be prorated based on start date.
