You have been hearing more and more about our work in Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI). Your voice is important to us as we reimagine how we deliver care and how we support the NOAH culture that is inclusive, supports collaboration, and redefines our practices prioritizing our most disenfranchised populations. We are seeking 10-12 staff members from all levels and departments to join quarterly meetings that will include the following activities:
- Develop charter for the JEDI Council (define goals, review work plan, and provide input on action and activities that will be implemented throughout the year).
- Support and conduct Listening Tours across all NOAH sites.
- Review and provide recommendations for policies and procedures, patient experience, employee engagement surveys, patient forms, and educational materials.
If you are interested in joining the JEDI council, please email jedicouncil@noahhelps.org by June 27. The first JEDI Council meeting will be hosted the week of August 7.
JEDI workgroup leaders (Dora Correal, Becky Hampton, Nicole Parker-Walker, and Wendy Armendariz) will be visiting clinics the week of June 19 to help answer your questions about the JEDI Council.
