We are excited to welcome Jessica Lee as our new Human Resources Manager. While Jessica has held Human Resources roles in online public schools, computer software, and audio visual industries, most of her experience comes from the mortgage industry where she spent the past nine years as the Employee Relations Manager for Rocket Mortgage.
As a human resources professional, Jessica enjoys the opportunity to support leaders and employees – helping them show up as their best professional selves every day while feeling safe and supported in achieving their career goals. She’s also a big advocate for employee engagement at all levels!
Jessica is inspired by NOAH’s mission and excited to learn about the healthcare industry in her new role and shared:

An Arizona native, Jessica was born and raised on the east side and spends her free time trying new restaurants with her husband, cuddling with her dog Zeus, and solving puzzles and playing Legos with her stepson. Jessica is also an avid Denver Bronco’s fan spending much of the NFL season glued to the TV rooting for her team!
Jessica will primarily office at Dreamy Draw and travel to health center locations frequently. Please join us in giving Jessica a warm welcome to NOAH!
