Thank you all for participating in our health fairs last week! As a reminder, flu vaccines are required for all NOAH employees and onsite providers caring for NOAH patients. While you may decline the vaccine, please note that doing so will require you to wear a mask in the clinic from the time of declination or November 1 (whichever comes first) through May.
If you still need to get your flu shot and work in a clinic, please coordinate with your practice manager or back-office supervisor to check if there are opportunities to have it administered onsite.
Although COVID vaccines are not required this year, NOAH employees can still receive the vaccine at no cost. Simply follow the same instructions as for flu vaccines.
If you wish to decline the flu vaccine, please complete the Vaccine Declination Form.
