As a reminder, NOAH’s 2025 benefits start January 1! That includes our move to MedOne as our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM). We hope there will be minimal disruption to most employees, however, we want to remind you of the following changes beginning in 2025:
- If you are being prescribed a GLP-1 for weight loss, the medication must be prescribed by a NOAH provider and filled at NOAH’s pharmacy to be covered by NOAH insurance. This includes Wegovy, Saxenda, and Zepbound. Please contact the PEC to establish care with a NOAH provider and identify yourself as a NOAH employee (or family member of) to ensure scheduling eligibility.
- The preventative medication list for our new PBM is different. You will receive communication from HR within the next few days with an inclusive preventative medication list for your plan. If a drug you are being prescribed is no longer classified as preventative, you may experience a co-pay or deductible.
- Navitus will be providing a list of current prior authorizations to MedOne. In addition, NOAH has arranged for a three-month grace period in which refills may be allowed prior to obtaining prior authorizations.
- We recommend you refill any active prescriptions that are eligible for refill prior to 12/31.
If you have questions or concerns, please utilize Paycom’s Ask Here feature to contact NOAH Benefits or email hr@noahhelps.org. If we don’t know the answer, we will connect you with a MedOne representative. Your feedback is important to guiding our future benefit elections. Thank you for your collaboration during this transition.
