NOAH Leadership Changes

As we step into the new year, here is a reminder of some important updates regarding leadership changes and promotions.  These changes reflect our ongoing commitment to strengthening our leadership team and driving excellence in the care we provide to our patients and communities.  

With change comes opportunity, and our team has been reviewing areas where we find synergy and potential for greater collaboration. 

  • Tera Brulotte-Maki has been promoted to Chief People Officer, continuing to support Human Resources, Risk and Compliance.
  • Michael Pearson has been promoted to Chief Marketing and Community Engagement Officer, overseeing marketing, fundraising, grants, and our Community Resource team. 
  • Dr. Jennifer Rosas has been promoted to Chief Clinical Officer, overseeing all clinical services and Family Medicine Residency Program development.  
  • Joe Slama, has been promoted to Director of Support Services and now reports to Katrina Morgan, to help further facilitate facility needs and support services.  
  • Eric Scherf, Director of Pharmacy now reports to Dr. Rosas, bringing all clinical services under the same vertical.   
  • Kc Cicchetti, Patient Engagement Center Director now reports to Katrina Morgan, to support communication and collaboration with patient scheduling and clinic operations team.  
  • Dora Correal, Director of Community Access now reports to Michael Pearson, to support community outreach efforts and provide opportunities for more grants and fundraising efforts.   
  • Brian Turico, IT Director now reports to Wendy Armendariz, to provide greater planning, integration, and technical innovation NOAH wide.  

We are all incredibly excited for the future of NOAH. Please join us in supporting our leaders who are taking on new responsibilities and reporting structures and thanking those who have contributed to our continued success.
