NOAH’s clinical and leadership team has been evaluating the partnership with Innovation Care Partners (ICP) over the past few months. As you may recall, ICP is the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) for HonorHealth.
Since our transition in 2021, NOAH has been working to develop value-based care agreements with Medicaid plans (Mercy Care, Arizona Complete Health, and others) to ensure we deliver quality health care services and support our population health efforts. Our work in Value Based Care (VBC) requires that we continue focusing on our Medicaid and underserved population. Most importantly, we continue to be thoughtful about clinician and staff burnout, as we have limited resources.
With all of these factors in mind, NOAH will be ending ICP membership as of December 31, 2023. We are working with ICP on a few details as we close out the year. HonorHealth employees served by a NOAH primary care provider can continue to access our services as we are contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield, however if they are part of the Coordinated Care Plan under HonorHealth—they are only able to be served by an ICP provider (which means they will need to select a different PCP).

We are always happy and open to future partnership opportunities that will support the health and wellbeing of our community.
