NOAH will host Community Care Day on Saturday, July 26, at Cholla Health Center. This event is open to all patients and community members and offers free supplies and essential health information. Last year’s event brought an unexpected 800 people from all over the Valley!

Please note this event takes place during one of our dedicated Medicaid back to school wellness exam days. This is a perfect opportunity to connect participating NOAH patients with these resources as well as to educate community members about our services.
