We’re looking forward to a fantastic event on Saturday, March 8! For those of you who have helped with event planning and logistics, are hosting a screening or service line booth, or have committed to volunteering at the event – THANK YOU! We truly could not have a successful event without your support.
Below are a few details and an awesome event map that may be helpful however you choose to participate in NOAHfest:
NOAH Booth Participants
Please arrive no later than 8am to set-up your booth and prepare for the day. All employees, vendors, and volunteers who are able should plan to attend the 8:30am safety and logistics meeting near the DJ area.
Volunteers
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled shift to allow time for check-in, etc. If you have friends or family members who want to volunteer last minute, remember all volunteers must be at least 16 years old and need to sign in at the Volunteer tent.
Attire
NOAH booth participants and volunteers should wear any NOAH shirt, pants/jeans/shorts, and comfortable shoes.
Attendees
We would love for you and your family to attend as participants of NOAHfest! Everyone is welcome to participate in all the festivities including free health screenings, carnival games, prizes, free groceries, and more!
Parking
NOAH employees are encouraged to park in the dirt area to the east or in the employee parking lot behind the building. We anticipate parking will be tight so we ask that you please save the best spaces for our event participants.
