Earn a $1,500 bonus when you refer a qualified candidate who applies by February 28 and is hired for one of the following positions:
- Behavioral Health Counselor
- Behavioral Health Consultant
- Associate Behavioral Health Counselor
- Physicians
How the Referral Program Works
Interested candidates need to apply for the position during the month of February directly through the Careers Page on our website at noahhelps.org. Candidates applying through job boards like Indeed will not be eligible referrals for this bonus. Applicants must apply by Friday, March 31, 2023.
Important Program & Application Details

The referral bonus will be payable in two installments; approximately six months apart.
In order to qualify for the first installment of the referral bonus ($750), the applicant must:
- Apply by Friday, March 31, 2023
- Apply through the NOAH Careers Page on our website at noahhelps.org
- Select “Employee Referral” as the source of learning about the position
- Enter the first and last name of the NOAH employee who referred them
- Be offered one of the qualifying NOAH positions above, accept the position, and complete Behavioral Health Orientation
In order to qualify for the second installment of the referral bonus ($750), the applicant must meet all the conditions for the fist installment and:
- Successfully complete six consecutive months of employment with NOAH
If the applicant has been referred by more than one employee, and writes more than one name in the application, the applicant will have to select which NOAH employee was more impactful in their decision to apply.
Both the referring employee and referred employee must be employed by NOAH at that 6-month point for the referral bonus.
The following NOAH team members are not eligible to receive a referral incentive:
- Executives
- Members of the Human Resources Talent Acquisition team
