Do you have a patient or a loved one that has diabetes? Our Community Health Workers offer free Diabetic Empowerment and Education (DEEP) classes to patients and community members. This program is intended for patients and/or family members who have, or are at risk for diabetes, however, anyone is welcome to attend.
We are excited to announce another workshop series will begin at Palomino Health Center at 9 a.m. on March 27 and will continue to meet in the Community Room on Thursdays through May 1.
There are a few more slots available for this class series. If you would like to refer a patient, please send an in-basket message to: NOAH Community Resource Pool with DEEP in the subject line. NOAH employees who wish to participate in DEEP classes should work with their leaders for approval to attend and reach out to crmanagement@noahhelps.org for additional participation details.
