As part of our commitment to enhancing the patient experience, we will be hosting a focus group with the Patient Advisory Council (PAC) on Thursday, April 3 to gather feedback on key accessibility concerns, including current experience with scheduling appointments, barriers to care, and solutions to ensure ease of access for everyone. We are looking forward to hearing real-time feedback from our PAC members, as their voices are essential in helping us shape meaningful changes at NOAH.
