It’s that time of year again! Annual Risk Management (RM) training courses will be deployed in Paycom beginning Wednesday, September 4. These courses are essential to NOAH’s commitment to providing a safe and compliant workplace for everyone.
Why do I need to complete RM training?
Completing this training helps to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. All NOAH employees receive RM training in topics such as infection control, HIPAA, and compliance annually to improve patient safety; minimize errors, system breakdowns, and harm; minimize clinical risks and liability losses; and support regulatory, accreditation, and compliance needs.
Any staff hired in 2024, who have completed Paycom training at the time of onboarding, will not be required to complete additional training for the remainder of the year.
Please prioritize these training courses throughout the months of September and October. Manager/Supervisors, take some time to discuss strategies with your staff on how they can complete their training. The deadline to complete all courses will be Friday, October 25.
