Crystal Broome, CPHRM, CNMT, Risk Manager – Dreamy Draw
Crystal joins the NOAH team as the new Risk Manager. She has been part of the HonorHealth team for more than 10 years, most recently as Risk Manager. Crystal brings to her role a strong history of working with NOAH as part of HonorHealth and has a proven expertise as an educator in risk issues. In her previous roles, she has successfully created, documented, and lead audit procedures as well as led in risk management and project management efforts. Crystal earned her Bachelor of Advanced Patient Care and Master of Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University. Crystal will report to Chris Sweeney, Director of Clinical Quality Improvement.
Alicia Ottmann, PA-C, Director of Operations – Dreamy Draw
Alicia returns to NOAH as the Director of Operations. Most recently, she was the Director of Practice Transformation at Innovation Care Partners (ICP), but has served as a Physician Assistant with NOAH since 2015. Alicia will be responsible for medical operations at all health centers with practice managers reporting to her. During her career she has successfully developed new programs and systems within an accountable care organization, including launching NOAH’s psychiatric line in 2020, and she is experienced in provider management. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary, and a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University. Alicia will report to Katrina Morgan, Chief Operations Officer.

Cristi Payne, RN Nurse Navigator – Midtown Health Center
Cristi joins the Midtown team as an RN Nurse Navigator. She brings more than five years as an RN, working most recently with Paradise Valley Unified School District. Cristi has worked closely with the underserved community and has a passion for public health and patient education. She received her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and her associate degree in nursing from Scottsdale Community College. Cristi will report to Kerry Nickerson, Director of Population Health.

Danielle Corona, Referral Specialist – Dreamy Draw
Danielle originally joined NOAH as a Patient Service Rep II and will now serve patients as a Referral Specialist. She has more than 10 years of medical support experience with Bayless Healthcare and Southwest Kidney Institute, among others. Danielle brings experience and training on patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance guidelines. She earned her Medical Assistant diploma from Brookline College. Danielle will report to Cristy Vaughn, Behavioral Health Program Manager.
Lisa Nails, Referral Specialist – Dreamy Draw
Previously a Patient Service Rep II, Lisa Nails is now a Referral Specialist with NOAH. She brings experience serving NOAH’s patients and a commitment to provide easy access to care, with high-quality customer service. Before coming to NOAH in January 2020, Lisa worked for the Westin Kierland / The Phoenician Resort & Spa in customer service. She thrives in a team environment, working together to meet goals. Lisa will report to Cristy Vaughn, Behavioral Health Program Manager.

Ryan Bing, Referral Specialist – Dreamy Draw
Ryan joins NOAH’s Referrals Team with more than 10 years of customer service experience in large organizations. He is passionate about providing quality customer service and meeting customer needs and is committed to compliance standards in everything he does. Ryan appreciates working with FQHC patients and serving diverse populations. He earned an associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology & Applied Sciences from College of Lake County. Ryan will report to Cristy Vaughn, Behavioral Health Program Manager.

Maria Koningsor, RN Nurse Navigator – Venado Valley Health Center
Maria joins the Venado team as an RN Nurse Navigator. Previously Maria was an RN with HonorHealth since 2016 and before that she was an RN at Banner University Medica Center. She brings a wealth of acute care experience from that role. Maria also has a passion for community health and patient education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. Maria will report to Kerry Nickerson, Director of Population Health.

Starting with the December New Hire Announcement, they will be posted to The Beat, but new hire information will come directly from the HR team and will include every new staff member’s name, title, start date, and health center or administrative location.
