We’re excited to introduce NOAH’s LGBTQ+ Pride Committee, dedicated to making our environment inclusive and affirming for all employees, patients, and community members. This lively committee celebrates diversity and promotes understanding within our organization. Throughout Pride Month in June and beyond, they’ll be sharing valuable LGBTQ+ information and resources.
To celebrate Pride Month, the committee will be handing out ”You Are Safe with Me” pins at every NOAH clinic for any staff who wish to wear them. Additionally, keep an eye out for PRIDEful coloring sheets in your break room, where you can take a mental break and express why pride is important to you. For our patients, we will distribute pride pens at the front desks of all our sites while supplies last.
Looking ahead, the committee will be planning NOAH’s participation in events like Phoenix Pride and Rainbow Festival. These events will offer opportunities for understanding, community building, and celebration of the LGBTQ+ community.
