The beginning of a New Year is a busy time for Human Resources, and we wanted to provide you with an update on several important happenings and policy updates.
Benefits
The benefits you selected during the October/November Open Enrollment are now effective. Your current ID cards should remain effective unless you made changes or are on the HSA plan. If either of those are the case, you should receive new ID cards. If you had an FSA or HSA in 2023, you keep using the same cards for 2024. Click here for a checklist full of helpful tips to kick off the new benefit year.
PTO, PST, and Holiday Pay
We are working to ensure all accrual balances are updated and rolled over appropriately. We hope this will be completed with the processing of the first payroll. When reviewing your January 19 paycheck, if you notice your balances look off, please contact HR.
- Physician, APP, and Dentist PTO will move to an accrual basis and up to 40 hours will transition. The updated policy can be found here and procedure here.
- Sick time balances will reset and up to 40 hours will roll over. There have been updates to the policy and procedure. Please review these carefully.

Leave of Absence and ADA Accommodations
As a reminder, as of January 1, we now administer leaves of absence and ADA accommodations in-house within our HR department. If you are on a current leave (continuous or intermittent) or have an approved accommodation, you should have received an email with instructions on how to record your absences going forward. If you need to submit a new claim or have questions, please contact hr@noahhelps.org. You can also submit a new Leave claim on your Paycom Employee Self-Service page.
