Our patients, employees and communities sometimes face difficult situations and require an Order of Protection or an Injunction Against Harassment.
- An order of protection helps protect individuals from domestic violence, harassment, or stalking from someone they have a familial type of relationship with.
- An injunction against harassment helps protect a person from harassment from a specific person or persons regardless of the relationship.
NOAH Workplace and Public Safety personnel are a resource for individuals looking for assistance in filing an Order of Protection or an Injunction Against Harassment. These NOAH team members have been issued specialized computers for completing the needed paperwork to obtain these orders from the safety of health centers. These services are available at our six healthcare centers along with our Dreamy Draw admin building.
